Looks like people in Singapore do celebrate halloween..or rather those Expats living in Singapore.. blame me for not going out much.. 1st time i saw this today and it was snow white with a few kids dressed in skeleton costume and what not..
heh..good thing the Snow White looked pretty...... Happy Halloween! =D
P/S wasn't Armed with a camera sooooooo had to just take some random pic frm google..LOL

ahah where did u see them? they only seem to have halloween parties in the clubs anyway .. ahah maybe we should have our own next yr..
lol..was on my way back home in the bus..saw a whole bunch of them walking on the sidewalk..forgot where exactly..heh
